For those of us who are seniors this is especially important, although, taking care of your brain should be a life long priority.
Attention Seniors!
As a person ages their cognitive ability will begin to decline. A 65 year old has a 1 in 8 chance of suffering from significant cognitive decline. At the age of 80, 1 in every 2 individuals will suffer from Alzheimer’s disease or some other form of dementia. You may not realize if you fall into one of these categories so it is important to see your doctor regularly.
